#Work life Integration

Work life integration is all about getting more from life by prioritizing the roles that make up our identity – work, leisure, gender and success. It means taking time to perceive your options and taking responsibility for the degree of flexibility in your life using your head as well as your heart. Your job is an important component, because only those who are truly aware can improve their life and develop their full potential.

This does not mean leaving your personality at the office door and adopting a work attitude that we assume is expected of us. Nowadays, it is important to understand your own work methods are part of your personality. The demand for flexible work is increasing and a must for us humans in the wake of artificial intelligence. Creativity and passion arise from intellectual freedom and emotional balance. If we approach our work with the aim to achieve something meaningful instead of just financial reward, we can open our mind to apply our entire being.

In the past – and even today – employees in many sectors merely performed the job assigned to them. They took on their duties as a routine. But we can only excel or succeed if we have desire. Only then can we enjoy the time away from work and live our free time, instead of being a hamster-wheeled being who no longer knows what inspires her or him or what she or he really enjoys. This requires a clear view of the world and the system in which we live in. Success is an important part of our lives, which when defined and enjoyed according to the needs of each individual – free from the limitations of societal role models – is naturally part of a completely happy life.
In my keynote speeches I talk about my experiences as a businesswoman, how I managed to be true to myself and what I do to succeed. I also share my experience with the corporate world and explain how I deal with the societal expectations placed on me. In addition, I use impulses and techniques to demonstrate ways to help you to integrate all the parts of your life to become a freer, happier person. I will show you how to transform challenges into opportunities while remaining goal-oriented and value-free, without losing focus.

Your pain points

  • as a human
  • How do I deal with the pre-made boxes that society provides if I don’t fit in - or don’t want to fit in?
  • How do I make my job enjoyable or make it fun again?
  • How do I find the meaning of life?
  • How can I realize my potential to the fullest?
Our education system is still producing functional beings who are supposed to digest and reproduce knowledge for predefined tasks. It does not however teach creativity, empathy, frustration tolerance, flexibility and psychology. Children’s books still convey conservative role models and the associated expectations are passed on to working life. More and more people are suffering from the pressures of expectation, stress and the exploitation of our world, and are calling for a fundamental change.

Your pain points

  • as a company
  • How do I find modern qualified employee for an agile company?
  • How do I gain and retain employees of Generation XYZ?
  • How do I ensure equal rights at all levels?
  • What cultural aspects need to be considered for digital transformation?
  • How can I realize the potential of my company to the fullest?
Unlike AI, in order to be successful with employees it is important that companies understand themselves as a human system with personalities operating within. Personalities always contribute 100%. Pure performance, delivery, processing is outdated. The point is to continuously benchmark the process path, drawing on additional expertise, adopting different perspectives and integrating the emotional aspects. Companies are required to ensure job sharing, gender equality and family compatibility. For this restructuring, companies must NOW start to break away from conservative stereotypes and working methods. Power structures must be dissolved and creative spaces for employees standardized.

Your pain points

  • as a woman
  • How do I assert myself in a male-dominated industry/company?
  • How do I handle societal pressures so that I can manage everything?
  • How do I get more empowerment in my job?
  • How can I protect myself from sexual assault?
  • How do I respond to frequent mansplaining?
There is a lack of female role models who have managed to combine work and life, while staying true to themselves. Integration does not take place or only rarely. Emotions are checked at the office door and the expectations of society are slipped on. In addition to their job, women often manage the family and the entire household on their own. The unspoken rules conveyed cause women to lose themselves and no longer recognize who they are. As a result, women lack the opportunity to fully partake, to demonstrate their skills and creativity to the full and let their true personality shine. Their opportunities are still limited and they are still fighting for the respect and acceptance of men and the solidarity of other women.

Your pain points

  • as a man
  • How do I free myself from old gender stereotypes?
  • How do I deal with peer pressure?
  • How do I balance family and career?
  • How can I better understand my own needs?
Men are still prepared to take on the role of the strong person of action who is only truly a man if he can show financial success. As a result, men often spend a lot of time away from the family; in the workplace they face hierarchical challenges and pressure to perform on daily basis. However, many men are not happy at all and prefer to have a real impact on their family lives. They want to be there when their child takes his or her first steps. And when they do make it home in time to read a bedtime story, men do not simply hope that their kids fall asleep quickly so that they can quickly get back on the compute and continue running in their hamster wheel. What does it actually mean to become a father and what are the expectations attached to it? What does masculinity mean today?
